Of course I liked it
I watched the original Dexter series, all seasons, I admit I hate them, more than once. I watched New Blood and thought it was OK. Like many other fans, I found the Freudian ending, well, lame.
Maybe it’s because of the familiar characters
This prequel is much better so far in my opinion. I love that they’re all back and the show isn’t far from our expectations in that regard. Right down to Deb’s foul mouth and Masuka’s trademark laugh.
No, I’m not giving away any spoilers
If you’re even reading this review, you’ve already watched the trailers several times and marked this date on your calendar. For me, the show got more and more exciting as time went on. I’m looking forward to the rest of the episodes!
