After hearing all the hype and seeing that it is one of the most watched shows worldwide, I finally found the time to watch Squid Game. I have to admit that I had a lot of fun watching it and was very entertained throughout the entire season. It’s about hundreds of participants (who are down on their luck and need money) who are asked to play children’s games for a chance to win a huge sum of money, 45.6 billion won (about $33 million). The only thing is that these children’s games are now deadly and the last participant standing wins all the money. It will draw you into this world and before you know it, you’ll be hooked. It’s a thriller with lots of twists and turns and lots of violence. It’s a show that will stay with you long after you’ve watched it. I know it’s already been renewed for more seasons, so I hope they manage to keep the same magic they had in season one. “One Hundred Years of Solitude” is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
